Tasting notes: It is a peculiar wine that combines complexity, structure, and an intense cherry red color. Elegant, fresh, and complex nose with hints of ripe fruits and floral notes. It has a pleasant and fresh entry on the palate, balanced with sweet tannins. Elegant, with a seductive and velvety sensation in the mouth culminating in a long finish.
Pairing: It can be paired with pasta, vegetables, mushrooms, stewed meat, sausages, pork, roasted meat, red and/or white meat, grilled meat, soft or medium cheeses.
It is recommended to serve at 15º C.

A single-varietal wine from sustainably grown vineyards on chalky soils, which gave the whole its great freshness, typicity, and purity. Produced under a philosophy based on minimal intervention.
