It is the wine par excellence from the prestigious Matarromera wineries. It is made entirely from Tempranillo grapes and aged in American oak barrels (from the Appalachian Mountains) and French oak barrels for 14 months. Afterwards, it rests for at least another 10 months in the bottle, to refine and acquire the typical aromas of this great wine.
Varieties: Tempranillo.Tasting note:Sight: Very intense cherry red color with abundant violet tones.Olfactory: Intense and highly complex, with powerful aromas of very ripe black fruits in harmony with hints and spicy aromas of new and noble wood.Palate: It is a tasty wine, with a generous passage and a powerful and long finish. It is a tangible example of the respect for the fruit-wood balance that characterizes the winery.Service Temperature: Consume at 16-18ºC.
