The Gran Reserva Brut Nature Subtil is made from its own vineyards in the Alt Penedés, where the harvest is done manually without the use of herbicides or insecticides. This exceptional cava features a composition of 44% Xarel·lo, 44% Macabeu, and 12% Chardonnay. The tasting notes reveal a complexity with fine aging notes and well-integrated bubbles. Toasted and mineral notes characterize its personality, while creamy and nutty final touches create an authentic sensory profile. It is a completely dry cava without added expedition sugar, ideal for enjoying at 10ºC. It is recommended to open the bottle a few minutes before serving.
