Pure honey of 100% Extremadura origin (Badajoz)

Tesela Natura offers pure honey from Extremadura in an innovative format ideal for gifts, with a strong social and environmental commitment. They certify each barrel and carefully design it with love to make a difference. Their extensive network of beekeepers allows them to offer a wide range of honeys throughout the year. Additionally, they have a project for generating plantations and beehives in solar park environments to create ecosystems.

This solar honey has been collected by our beekeeper Antonio, at the Núñez de Balboa solar park in Usagre, Badajoz (Extremadura). Antonio was the first beekeeper to believe in our project and thanks to him we started placing beehives in photovoltaic solar parks. In this case, the apiary consisted of 135 hives.

Honey is brownish-red in color, with a sweet taste and salty notes. It has a medium persistence aroma, with floral notes. This honey has a very slow crystallization. It is harvested in Extremadura, between April and June.
