Its main characteristic is that they contain cayenne pepper, hence the name 'coent', which means spicy in Valencian. This variety is not very spicy, but if you like it spicier, here is another version that will make you dance 😉 And, be careful! At La Cabanenca, they control the entire process, from raising the pig to the final production, using exclusively natural casing in all their sausages. Unlike industrial products with artificial casings, La Cabanenca's sausages maintain their authenticity and that flavor that can only be achieved with traditional production. Approximate weight: 200g.
