Valencian Bobal Crianza Red Wine - Intense Aromas and Mediterranean Elegance
This Valencian crianza red wine, made with bobal grapes, stands out for its intense garnet color with ruby reflections. On the nose, it displays a complex aromatic palette where notes of ripe black fruits such as blackberry and plum predominate, accompanied by a subtle touch of Mediterranean wild herbs, so characteristic of this native variety.
Its aging in oak barrels for 6 months brings elegant nuances of well-integrated wood, without detracting from the fruit. In the mouth, it is a balanced and fresh wine, with soft and polished tannins, making it pleasant and round. Its finish is long, aromatic, and full of sensations, reflecting the richness of the Valencian terroir.
Ideal for those looking for a Valencian crianza red wine with personality, structure, and a enveloping aromatic profile.
Alcohol content 14%
The great-grandfather of the current generation of Bodegas Novos, Nicolás Ramos, planted his first vines in 1920.
Since then, they have been producing wines predominantly from the native variety bobal, although they also cultivate other varieties such as Tempranillo, Royal, or Moravia agria.
Every year, they select 10-15% of the best grapes from the harvest to produce around 12,000 bottles of the highest quality wine.
Theirs is therefore a wine made from very selected grapes.
