Mar García is an author's red wine 100% Alicante Bouschet, grown in vineyards at 900 meters above sea level, trained in goblet form and cultivated in ungrafted vines. It has been aged for 12 months in new American oak barrels, without additives or preservatives.
In the glass, it is a very intense purple-red color. Aromas of ripe fruit and black fruit with toasted, smoky, and balsamic notes from aging. In the mouth, it appears powerful and tasty, unctuous, with sweet and ripe tannins and a persistent finish that leaves a mark.
Pairs well with roasted meats, game dishes, aged cheeses, rice dishes, and traditional stews. Ideal serving temperature: 16-18°C.
