The Vino Blanco Attis Albariño is made at Bodega y Viñedos Attis, located in the D.O. Rías Baixas. This wine is a passionate collaboration between brothers Robustiano and Baldomero Fariña. With a manual harvest and selection of 100% Albariño grapes, the wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation and ages on its lees for six months. The 50-year-old vines grow in granitic soils under the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, contributing freshness and character to the wine. With a straw-yellow color, it has aromas of ripe white fruit and white flowers, along with mineral notes. On the palate, it is flavorful, powerful, with magnificent acidity and great aromatic persistence, evoking the essence of Rías Baixas and a respect for nature in every bottle.
