The Betola The Cat White Wine from Pío del Ramo is produced in the Denomination of Origin Jumilla, Spain, using Chardonnay and Muscat grapes. These varieties come from organic vineyards situated in soils low in organic matter, perfect for fresh and aromatic wines. The trellising method of the vineyards and nighttime harvesting ensure optimal ripening of the grapes, preserving their aroma and avoiding oxidation. The must is immediately cooled and ferments in stainless steel between 10 and 17 ºC, highlighting freshness. It remains on fine lees for 2 to 3 months, adding complexity and texture before bottling. Bright yellow colors with greenish reflections and an intense aroma reminiscent of white fruits and citrus make it ideal for enjoying as an aperitif or accompanying Mediterranean dishes. This wine, with no barrel aging, offers a smooth entry on the palate with a refreshing burst of fruit.
