Made in the traditional way from a selection of grapes from old vines and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature of 28 and 30 degrees Celsius. Maceration of 3 weeks with frequent pumping over to achieve a good color structure and soft tannins.
Ageing: This wine is aged in medium toast French Allier oak barrels for 18 months and racked every 6 months. The rest in bottle until its commercialization.
Serving temperature: Serve between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.
