Protos Verdejo White Wine is a notable representative of wines from the D.O. Rueda, made from Verdejo grapes grown at altitudes over 700 meters. The production process includes nocturnal mechanical harvesting and low-temperature maceration to enhance aromas and flavors. Pressing in an inert atmosphere and low-temperature clarification ensure the purity of the must. Controlled fermentation and aging on lees add complexity to the wine. With an alcohol content of 13%, this wine is ideal at 6-7ºC, pairing well with seafood and fish.
