Arrayan Selección is an exemplary wine to get into the Méntrida area. A coupage elaborated with the four varieties planted in the La Verdosa estate in 1999 after a meticulous study of its soils carried out by the Australian professor, and eminence in viticulture, Richard Smart.
The Arrayan wines seek the expression of the different sites and their typicity. From the vineyard to the winery, all the processes are taken care of: organic farming, manual harvesting, selection of clusters, spontaneous fermentation of the grapes (without the addition of oenological products) and aging adjusted to the needs of each variety; in order to obtain the maximum purity and personality. The result is fine and elegant wines.alluvial origin from the erosion of the granitic massifs of the Central System, it is mainly sandy and sandy loam in the valleys, with acid pH and high silicate content.
