The Vino Tinto Orot Crianza is an authentic expression of the Toro Denomination of Origin, made from 100% Tinta de Toro grapes from old vines, cultivated in a bush style and hand-picked. This wine has undergone a one-year aging process in American and French oak barrels, acquiring sophistication that translates into its aroma and flavor. The vineyard spans 20 hectares, with a clay-sandy soil that provides unique characteristics to the grapes. Carefully cultivated, the plants have an average age of 20 years and a planting density of 2,000 plants per hectare, reducing the yield to 4,000 kg per hectare, thus ensuring quality over quantity. Visually, it shows a garnet red color with cherry hues and a medium-high layer. On the nose, it offers a complex aroma where black fruit and licorice merge with the toasted and spiced notes from barrel aging. On the palate, it is structured and balanced with soft tannins and a prolonged aftertaste that invites enjoyment on special occasions.
