Its production includes temperature and humidity controlled fermentation, aging for 6 months in new French and American oak barrels. Subsequently, it ages in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months, granting it an elegant and intense flavor. On the palate, it presents volume and smoothness, with friendly tannins and a balanced, persistent finish. Especially suitable for pairing with stews, aged cheeses, meats, and game. It is recommended to serve between 14 °C and 16 °C for full enjoyment.
