VINEYARD LOCATION
After manual harvesting and selection of the best bunches and grape berries, the winemaking process continues with a 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration. Then, alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with light pumping over to extract the maximum primary aromas, at a maximum temperature of 24°C to preserve its organoleptic qualities.
Subsequently, malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where malic acid is transformed into lactic acid, which softens the flavor of the wine and makes it rounder in the mouth. The entire process is carried out with careful temperature and time control to ensure the quality and flavor of the final product.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Wine stabilized by natural procedures, which can result in natural cold precipitation.
