The Ancestral Frizzante White Wine belongs to the Vegamar Winery and has a Protected Designation of Origin Vino de Valencia. Wines made with 100% Merseguera grape variety. It is the first certified white wine in the history of the DOP Valencia under the Ancestral method. Selection of the best low-alcohol Merserguera grapes, harvested at night to take advantage of the low temperature and avoid oxidation of the harvest at the winery.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 4 and 6ºC.
