It has a firm and compact texture, an ivory-yellow color, a long-lasting milky aroma, a slightly strong and savory acidic flavor, and a pleasant and peculiar residual taste imparted by the milk of Manchega sheep.

STORAGE TEMPERATURE: 4 to 8 ºC.

  • GASTRONOMIC RECOMMENDATION: Consume at 18/20º.
