The 'Cima Mazacruz White Wine' stands out for its unique composition, using 70% Verdejo grapes and 30% Sauvignon Blanc from the IGP Vino de la Tierra de Castilla. This wine is made with a meticulous process; the harvest is done manually to ensure quality, complemented by a nighttime mechanical collection to take advantage of cooler temperatures. Cold maceration takes place, carefully pressing the bunches. Half of the production ferments in new French oak barrels, aging for 5 months, while the rest ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, aiming to enhance its aromatic intensity. With a limited production of only 1,600 bottles, it is recommended to serve this wine between 12ºC and 14ºC to fully enjoy its characteristics. On the palate, it presents a good entry with a long finish, while on the nose it offers a complex balance between stone fruits and creamy notes obtained from its aging. An exceptional wine that reflects the care in its production and the richness of its terroir.
