The White Wine Valbusenda Verdejo is a wine made by the Valbusenda winery with the Toro designation of origin. The Toro D.O. is located in northwestern Spain, on the banks of the Duero River and its tributaries. Valbusenda is a wine tourism complex composed of a winery, a 5-star Hotel-Spa, an Ampelographic Garden, and a Training Vineyard, dedicated exclusively to the study of different planting systems.
It is the result of 100% Verdejo grapes.
Production process: pelicular cryomaceration for 6 hours and fermentation in French oak barrels.
Aging: 5 months in French oak barrels.
Optimal serving temperature: 8-9ºC
