The Biniagual Dolç White Wine is a gem from the Biniagual winery, with a Denomination of Origin from Binissalem (Mallorca). This charming sweet wine is primarily made from the Moscatel de Alejandría variety, a carefully selected grape, with over-ripening taking place in small boxes of 10 to 12 kg. During production, the wine undergoes a careful process that includes cold maceration in a carbonic atmosphere, followed by gentle pressing to maintain freshness and aromas. Debriefing occurs at low temperatures over 48 hours, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 degrees. Midway through the process, fermentation is interrupted to retain the wine's sweetness. Its warm aromatic notes and intense bright color make it ideal for enjoyment on various occasions, paired with desserts or simply on its own.
