Crianza Rioja wine, single varietal, Tempranillo variety. From medium-aged vines (30 years old). Grown in high-altitude vineyards (600 meters). Selected grapes, pressed hydraulically. As a differentiating characteristic, ISASA wine has "water stress," which occurs when there is a water supply deficit to the vine. A moderate water deficit is essential for proper grape ripening. This stress will slow down vine growth and promote grape maturation and the storage of elements in the berries.
