With predominant aromas reminiscent of the countryside, sage, mountain, herbs from the underbrush, chamomile, white flowers, lavender, and rockrose; above the citrus and spicy notes, white pepper and cloves. The alcohol appears in a secondary term, with less intensity than the rest of the aromas. At no point does it feel burning. TASTE: In taste, the botanicals manifest beyond the four elementary flavors, providing perceptions of dryness, with a greater incidence of root dryness, with a retronasal pathway where citrus reappear, this time somewhat honeyed, frosted lemon, and a spicy final touch of cinnamon.
