Consciente du potentiel qu'offre la municipalité de Labastida pour la culture de la vigne, en 2005, la famille Torres décide d'y établir sa cave, ce qui lui permet d'élaborer des vins de grande qualité, avec une personnalité propre et une très bonne aptitude au vieillissement. Comme ce vin appelé "Altos Ibéricos", un noble vin qui doit son nom à Alto Otero, un beau lieu situé dans cette cave.
Elaboration: Elaborated with the Tempranillo variety, aged for 12 months in oak barrels and a long time in the bottle. Tasting note: Color: cherry. Nose: frank and intense with white flowers and red fruits, in balance with the spicy and toasted aromas provided by the oak barrel aging. Palate: the entry is fresh and velvety, with a long journey where the finesse and smoothness of its tannins are expressed. Pairing: Altos Ibéricos has been developed to perfectly match the new trends in avant-garde cuisine. Its fruity sensations and soft tannins combine especially well with all kinds of tapas made with fresh ingredients; such as red meats, blue fish, cheeses, and especially all kinds of cured meats. Serving temperature: Serve between 14-16°C.
