Consumption and conservation:
Once you receive the piece we recommend that you remove the cotton cover that protects the ham and keep the piece at a room temperature of 16 to 25º. You can place the ham on the cutting board, ham stand or hang it up.
For the knife cutting of Jabugo Ham we recommend starting with the ham from the ham's mace (with the wide part of the ham facing upwards), cleaning the rind and the outer fat. The optimum temperature for cutting and serving Jabugo Ham is between 20 and 25º
