- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Flour 600 grams
We process with the mixer, butter, sugar, honey, eggs, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom until a semi-liquid paste. Then add the flour to form the dough and after mixing well, we stretch it leaving half a centimeter thick.
Cut out with a biscuit tin and bake at 180º for ten minutes. You can decorate afterwards with icing sugar, grated coconut or any of your own initiative
