White wine made with Garnacha Tinta grapes. Fermented on lees in French oak barrels. Night harvest. Composition: 100% Garnacha Tinta grapes. Vineyard: Located in Ejea de los Caballeros, on top of a reservoir, at an altitude of about 400 m, ventilated by the intense cierzo wind. Harvest: Mechanical harvesting and night harvest. In our Winery, the Night Harvest technique is used to better preserve the aromas and flavors of our grapes. Production: White wine made with freshly pressed juice from Garnacha Tinta grapes. After a light cold clarification, it ferments at temperatures of 14º.
