This great Aiyama is the combination of two sakes created by a magnificent artist of fermentations , a famous Mallorcan painter and Pablo , the director of S&A, acting as curator and selector of this project. This product has been fresh air for the sake world. The main objective of these two masters is to reach a younger audience and revolutionize the sake market. This sake is Junmai Ginjo and is made with Aiyama rice , as its name suggests. Polished at 50% and yeast #9. It is a sake that allows you to enjoy in all senses , a great aromatic and smooth cut , with good acidity and body.
