Amontillado Uncle Diego is a generous wine from the Jerez-Xérès-sherry denomination of Origin PREPARED by Valdespino.
Elaborated in the most traditional way using the Criaderas and Solera system. After fermenting the must, from grapes from our vineyards in the famous Pago Macharnudo, in American oak boots, is bred for more than ocho years under flower veil and then pass other ocho in oxidative ageing.
Amontillado Uncle Diego is dark amber, very complex to the nose with clear notes of hazelnut, clearly remembering his upbringing under flower. The palate is very dry, spacious and balanced.
