Directions for use

The basic daily dose is 100g, divide the dose into 50g 1 hour before physical exercise and 50g 30-45 minutes after physical exercise. The dose is 50g; mix with 200ml of water, skim milk, or your favorite drink. Use an AmixTM shaker or similar mixer.
