Aphrodisiac Almázcara Majara: the wine for young people.
This line of wines was created so that young people could be introduced to quality wine. And so L’ Aphrodisiac, a family of young wines was born with what they believed was what young people wanted, the search for experiences and not specific products.

Tasting notes:
Pale orange color with little layer. Intense aroma with hints of white flowers. Greasy and sweet on the palate with a lot of freshness. Well balanced with good acidity.

Elaboration: It is made with Mencía and Godello grapes from their vineyard located in Los Barrios, a wine region of El Bierzo that has different characteristics from other areas of the region, so their wines are also different, although they are representative of a part of their terroir. Coming from alluvial soils, their vines, between 80 and 120 years old, are bathed by a continental Mediterranean climate that, together with an average altitude of 550 meters, gives the wine a marked aromatic character.

Wines made with great care to have a color, nose, and mouth capable of pleasing and enchanting less experienced people but with that desire to share a glass of wine in the company of friends. El Bierzo Designation of Origin (D.O.)
The Bierzo Region is located in the northwest of the province of León, within the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, and covers an area of 2,954.28 square kilometers, which represents 18% of the provincial surface. Geographically, it borders the provinces of Ourense, Lugo, and Asturias and is a communication axis between Galicia, León, and Asturias. It has a characteristic Mediterranean microclimate, with milder temperatures than the surrounding areas, and its low altitude generally prevents late frosts, which is quite favorable for the harvest, which usually starts a month earlier than in the rest of Castilla y La Rioja.
Extreme temperatures occur in winter and summer, with an average of 12.3ºC, registering average lows of 3.6º in cold months and highs of 23.6º in the hottest months.
Precipitation is around 721 mm in an average year. The annual average insolation is estimated at 2,100 to 2,200 hours of sunshine throughout the year.
In El Bierzo, vineyards are mainly located on wet brown soil, slightly acidic and therefore lacking in carbonates, typical of humid climates.
The acidity level ranges from 4 to 8.5; in the valleys, values above 6 predominate.
The determining quality factors are in the slightly sloping terraces where the vines are located very close to the rivers or in semi-terraced slopes or in vineyards with pronounced slopes and altitudes between 450 and 1,000 meters.
Grape Varieties
El Bierzo is a fertile land where different grape varieties are grown, all adapted to the characteristics of the soil and climate. The elaboration of wines protected by the Designation of Origin must be carried out exclusively with the following varieties: Mencía, Garnacha tintorera, Godello, Doña blanca, and Palomino.
Mencía
Main red variety of El Bierzo and represents 74.5% of the grape cultivated in the production area. Low-yielding variety, early budding, and early maturation. The cluster is small and medium compact. The berries are medium-sized, uniform, and blue-black in color. The pulp is not pigmented
