Yellow-orange citrus fruit, the true mandarin is exclusively produced in Sicily. Rare, the mandarin is full of gustatory surprises and, as long as we forget about its seeds, it reveals and awakens our taste buds. It is in no way comparable to other citrus fruits and its zest combined with rum creates a perfect and subtle harmony. The mandarin makes its appearance from January to March. This maceration is somewhat confidential: the mandarin being a fragile and difficult to find product, it is so far produced in small quantities at the beginning of each year.
