Four generations ago, the Lombera family began making sausages in Karrantza. Her passion has been to keep intact the recipes that were lovingly passed down from generation to generation. The key is to maintain simplicity and a passion for ancestral products and recipes, from our land and culture, which have proudly been passed down from parents to children. Among its products we can find chorizo, dewlap, jerky, cured pork hands, loin, blood sausage and bacon.
