The Blue Wine Canto 5 Frizzé is made with partially fermented must from 100% Verdejo grapes. Harvested at night at low temperature. In the winery the grapes are cold macerated and then pressed very gently, with a fermentation at very low temperature for the perfect extraction of aromas.

Mouth: 'Sabroso y fresco a la vez que potente y dulce. Con una buena acidez y una punta de carbóico que le hace agradable y muy refrescante. '

Nose: 'Anisado, notas minerales y cítricas que se mezclan con tonos de manzana verde y frutas tropicales (piña, maracuya...) dejando un final meloso y de flores blancas.'
