Borsao Zarihs 2018 is a 100% Syrah single-varietal wine. The Syrah grapes macerate for 4 to 5 days and ferment for about 20 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. 40% of the wine ages in American oak barrels for 12 months, while the rest ages in stainless steel.
