Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva Lustau
Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva Lustau is a distillate made from wines free of lees. The distillation process is simple, seeking to respect the essence of the wine. Bodegas Lustau was founded in the late nineteenth century, located since then in Cadiz, Andalusia.
Prior to its distillation, it is aged for more than a decade in American oak casks, which have previously stored Oloroso wines. Bodegas Lustau always tries to innovate in production, without neglecting the tradition that comes with 122 years of history.
Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva Lustau is designed to be drunk neat, in the traditional "balloon glass". This allows us to move the spirit along the walls of the glass and release a range of more intense scents.
Another way to drink Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva Lustau is on the rocks. The ice will lower the temperature of the brandy and gradually attenuate the flavor, as the ice begins to melt.
This distillate received the Quality Award award, by the International Wine and Spirits Competition in 2015; as well as a recognition in the International Spirits Challenge, in 2013.
