It is made from three grape varieties; Tempranillo (90%), Garnacha (5%) and Mazuelo (5%). First, the harvest is done manually in boxes, the grapes are selected using belts and the most innovative systems. Then, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in French Oak vats where the malolactic fermentation will also occur. Finally, it undergoes aging in Bordelaise barrels for 28-30 months, combining new barrels of French Oak and Eastern Oak, before being aged in the bottle for at least 36 months prior to release to the market.
It has an alcohol content of 13.5%.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18ºC.
