Visual Phase: Intense golden color, with fine and persistent bubbles.
Olfactory Phase: Intense nose of golden apple and lemon combined with a complex brioche, bread, and salty notes of game with an elegant chalky finish.
Taste Phase: Dry palate with a sharp acidity and medium body in balance thanks to very elegant extrafine bubbles that give a mousse-like texture. Long persistence.
