Bulleit Bourbon is based on Augustus Bulleit's original whiskey recipe, which dates back more than 150 years. Inspired by his great-great-grandfather, Thomas E. Bulleit Jr. fulfilled his dream by resurrecting the old family bourbon formula and establishing the Bulleit Distilling Company in 1987.

Continuing with this heritage, its production is characterized by the exclusive use of the highest quality ingredients. Bulleit Bourbon's distinctive subtlety and complexity is due to its unique blend of rye, corn and malted barley malt, complemented by special varieties of yeast and purified Kentucky water, which passes through layers of limestone. This bourbon is distinguished by its high percentage of rye, giving it a bold and spicy profile, with a clean and smooth finish. It has an amber color and subtle aromas of spices and sweet oak. On the palate, it reveals a smooth texture that evolves into flavors of maple, oak and a touch of nutmeg, culminating in a long, dry and velvety finish with notes of caramel.

Bulleit Bourbon shines in cocktails, being ideal for classics like the Old Fashioned, Kentucky Mule and Mint Julep, where its spicy profile stands out beautifully. Connoisseurs suggest tasting it with ice, syrup and an orange twist to enhance its distinctive notes, although it is also a favorite option for hot drinks, such as Hot Toddy or Hot Chocolate. Its alcohol content is 45%.
