EMPLOYMENT
-It can be applied DIRECTLY TO MEAT, recommended dose 25 g/kg. Add from 5 to 8 g of salt
-FOR MARINADES add 150g to 250g of product to a mixture of 400g of oil and 600g of water. Mix well and leave
the meat to marinate in this mixture.
-Can be added to ANY CHARCUTERIE PRODUCT (sausages, stuffing, hamburgers, marinated, etc.) to obtain a characteristic flavor.
