Authentic Cantabrian anchovies are the result of the maceration, using the traditional and natural method, of the best anchovies in white wine vinegar. This is how their natural color is obtained without the need for artificial bleaching agents. They have a high content of omega 3 and have been treated against anisakis. They stand out for their large size and al dente texture. They are seasoned with garlic and parsley.

Tasting: Season with extra virgin olive oil. They can be placed in a star shape accompanying some good Piquillo peppers in the center, on a skewer with black olives and spring onions, with tomato and strawberry, on a toast with tapenade, in a nigiri or in tempura with vegetables. Keep refrigerated after opening. Shelf life is maintained as long as it is covered in oil.
