For its fifteenth edition, the honor goes to Carlos Sainz: The rally driver, two-time world champion and Princess of Asturias Award for Sports. A man forged in the effort and who triumphs in the world of motor racing, a benchmark for several generations and a great figure in international sport. TASTING NOTE
Intense green oil. Intense fruity with vegetal notes of green grass, green fruits and vegetables that give it great complexity and personality within a great harmony
Its flavor is intense and complex since its entry predominantly green almond, green grass, banana peel, artichoke, tomato plant, vine stalks, buns, walnut bark and green apple. Bitterness and spiciness somewhat more prominent but well integrated and very balanced. Presents some astringency and a pleasant persistence, with a menthol aftertaste.
