In fact, the deep clay soils in this sector host a large number of native grasses that prevent erosion, attracting beneficial insects, songbirds and mountain foxes. Due to the freshness imparted by the deep soils and altitude, Fortuna Terrae wines have excellent acidity and delicate floral aromas. This wine should be enjoyed a few years or decades after the vintage year.
