This Blanc de Blancs recalls the first Anna de Codorníu that hit the market in 1984 and conquered, due to its innovation, the entire hospitality industry in this country. Once again, it features the successful combination of Chardonnay grape with the three most characteristic and Mediterranean varieties of the D.O. Cava: Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada. With a longer aging process of 12 months, it manages to round out this new cava, adding elegance and versatility to the final result.
