Celeste Roble 2021 is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero D.O. produced by Torres using the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) variety.
Torres is a family-owned company with several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in Penedés. This winery currently enjoys great international prestige and exports to more than 140 countries worldwide.
Celeste Roble 2021 is a single-varietal of Tinto Fino. The grapes used by Celeste Roble grow in vineyards located at an altitude of 900 meters, in the town of Peñafiel. The maceration lasts a total of 20 days with the skins, fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts one week and is carried out at a controlled temperature. Finally, aging lasts a total of 3 months in oak barrels.
Celeste Roble is ideal for accompanying roasted red meats, barbecues, game meats, white meats, grilled red meats, and beef.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16-18ºC.
