The purest expression of the Philipponnat style. To the eye , you discover a fine, quick and persistent foam. On the palate, you find a beautiful vinous attack, fruity (redcurrant, raspberry, ripe grape) and robust, ample and long.

Assemblage: 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier.

Degree: 12% vol.

Ideal as an aperitif, with white meats, fish, seafood, poultry and fine charcuterie.
