Cambio de Tercio is a red wine from the Utiel-Requena D.O., made by Bruno Murciano with 100% Bobal grapes from 70-80 year old vines. After aging for 9 months in 500-liter French oak barrels, it offers aromas of fresh red fruits and balsamic notes. In the mouth, it is fresh, subtle, and elegant, with a prolonged finish. Ideal to accompany cured meats, cheeses, and grilled meats.
