The top of the line of chips. Extra virgin olive oil AOC, potatoes of the agria variety, 100% Spanish and non-transgenic and pink salt from the Himalayas millennium.
The whole thing is fried slowly and at a low temperature to obtain crispy and light chips as desired, where you can find the taste and smell of green olive oil and a salt that does not dry the mouth.
Chips, gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free and without acrylamides (a substance, considered carcinogenic, that appears by oxidation of the oil when burned).
Ingredients: 100% Spanish potatoes, non-transgenic, extra virgin olive oil from Almazara de la Subbética (40%), pink Himalayan salt (0.8%)
Located in Cordoba, San Nicosia produces quality chips with the best raw materials. Its creators, Rafael del Rosal and his wife, have been awarded several times for their artisanal chips, even obtaining several times the consecutive gold medal at the World Selection of Quality, which we can translate as "best chips in the world"!
