The Almendra Comuna includes different varieties of almonds that are cultivated in Spain such as: Guara, Crisostomo, Farregnes, among others.
It is characterized by being a high quality almond for all kinds of uses, both in confectionery and to consume naturally. It is rich in vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 (folic acid), E. Essential minerals: calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium.
Energy value per 100 gr. is 2423kj or 579 kcal, of which carbohydrates (21.55gr) of which (4.35gr) are sugars, fats (49.93gr) of which (3.82gr) are saturated, (31.55gr) monounsaturated, (12.33gr) polyunsaturated, proteins (21.15gr), fibre (12.5gr).
