XXL beef marrow bone from selected older cattle by Bandeira (Galicia). Coming from the bones that cover the shins of calves. The bones are split in half longitudinally so that you can easily enjoy the creaminess, richness, and flavor.
Before cooking, clean the bones by soaking them in water with a pinch of salt and ice for at least 30 minutes. Drain, dry, and season to taste with your favorite spices. Bake in the oven at 180º for 15/20 minutes.
