Since 1999, at Chocolates Solé we have been pioneers in the production of organic chocolates.
The base of our organic cocoa is the careful selection of its ingredients. The raw materials we use come exclusively from controlled organic farming, free of fertilizers and pesticides, or substances like lecithin, present in the membranes of plant and animal cells. The main ingredients like cocoa come 100% from the Dominican Republic and the unrefined sugar cane from Brazil.
At Chocolates Solé we take care of the entire process of organic production, and we are committed to the environment by eliminating aluminum foil in the packaging of our organic chocolates, as it is a non-recyclable and polluting material in the extraction process.
Our range of organic products are endorsed by the CCPAE (Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production), which verifies and certifies the use of organic food products, and by the European Union organic seal that allows us to export outside of Spain.
